What Overview shows

What it is for

Overview lists the estates you can work on in the current organization and, separately, estates where you are a household representative.

What you enter

Nothing; it reflects your role and assignments.

What you get

Owners, managers and estimators see every estate of the organization. Crew leads and cashiers see only estates assigned to them. Household representatives see only their own estate, with the operator's name.

Example

Riley, a crew lead assigned to the Magnolia estate, sees Magnolia and nothing else.

Common problems and how to recover

An estate you expected is missing.

Ask a manager to assign you to it, or switch organization using the selector in the header if you belong to more than one.

Who can use it

Visibility follows the permission matrix; navigating to a URL never reveals an estate you are not permitted to see.
