The estate context bar

What it is for

Shows which estate you are working on, its stage, the next required action, the nearest deadline and whether your work is saved and synchronized.

What you enter

Select an estate from Overview or Prospects.

What you get

Stage, next action with its owner, deadline in the estate's time zone, and a save/sync state: saved, saving, unsynced (offline) or failed.

Example

"Magnolia — Quoting · Next: issue quote (Jordan) · Walkthrough due Fri · Saved".

Common problems and how to recover

The bar says "unsynced".

Your last edits are kept on this device and will upload when the connection returns. Do not clear browser data before the state returns to Saved.

Who can use it

Everyone assigned to the estate sees the bar; financial details are not shown in it.
